Celcom and Tesco double their advertising expenditure in Feb!

Celcom and Tesco both chalked up almost double their monthly expenditure on advertising, compared to their spend in January 2010. By media, Newspapers captured the lion share of AdEx at 48.9% with Television trailing at 39.2%.
