Cheil Worldwide launch London-based start up One Agency to bring new level of innovation to retail sector |
March 11, 2010 - One Agency, backed by Cheil Worldwide launches today, bringing a new level of innovation and cutting edge marketing to the retail sector. With creative and innovative solutions at the heart of the business, One Agency will focus on creating more rewarding, entertaining and engaging shopper experiences through its unique planning model of Re-ImaginationTM.
With its Headquarters in London, One Agency’s offering will include One Experience, One Space, One Digital and One Outdoor, all of which enable brands to interact with and influence consumers throughout the shopper journey. One Agency will also offer brands a collection of specialist services: One InsightTM, a panel of UK consumers; One TechTM, a collective of technology and innovation experts; and One FutureTM, an executive level think-tank delivering trend-spotting intelligence.
As a founding client, One Agency will be providing retail marketing solutions for The Westfield Group. They have also begun work with Samsung for whom they will be delivering experiential solutions. As part of Cheil Worldwide, One Agency will benefit from the network’s global reach and financial backing, and plans to roll out offices in 12 strategic cities across the globe by 2012.
The start-up team has a heritage of working with premium global brands and will be headed up by Joseph Rhee as Managing Director, previously European Marketing Director at Cheil. The rest of the management team includes Zoe Watkins, previously New Business Director at Communicator who will take the role of Marketing Director. Lee Hohbein joins the team from Tribe Marketing as Director of Experiential, and Jeremy Baron is taking on the role of Creative Director, having previously been Group Creative Director at BD Network.
One Agency has affiliations with the best agencies in their field - Trevor Beattie’s advertising agency BMB, and the award winning digital services and creation company The Barbarian Group.
