Team Building is one of the new core competency programs in RCJ CONSULTING. It is about the process of helping a work group become more effective in accomplishing its task and in satisfying the needs of customers. RCJ’s most recent success in Team Building is designing & delivering MADnESS teambuilding program for 750 participants of ASTRO Customer Care Centre in October/November 2009. MADnESS focused and ensured that teams Made A Difference and Delivered Excellence in Superior Service.
