Tobacco company employee pleads not guilty to committing graft |

An employee of JT International Tobacco pleaded not guilty at the Sessions Court here today to accepting a RM20,000 bribe from the manager of a security company, four years ago.
Datuk Dr Ronald Louis Richards, 50, was charged with accepting for himself a CIMB Bank cheque for RM20,000 from Strikeforce Security Sdn Bhd manager A. Kanapathy.
The cheque was to be an inducement to Richards to renew the security company’s services with JT International Tobacco in Shah Alam.
