It's the only print medium to win in Media & Entertainment category

PETALING JAYA: The Star bagged the silver award under the Media & Entertainment category at the Putra Brand Awards 2012, becoming the only print medium to win in that category.

The other winners under the category were My FM and TV3, which both earned bronze awards while Golden Screen Cinemas also won the silver award.

The gold award under the Media & Entertainment category went to Astro, which also walked away with the Brand of the Year award.

OldTown White Coffee, meanwhile, earned the gold award under Most Promising Brand of the Year while SenQ was named SME Brand of the Year.
