Endrina has spent most of her professional career as a researcher, working on projects from both client and agency sides, where she covered diverse sectors such as IT, services, commercial real estate, consumer products, government, finance, and healthcare. Her project experience includes service evaluation, new product, needs assessment, satisfaction/ loyalty, product evaluation/re-design etc. Most recently, she was a Research Analyst with Gartner, where she worked on primary custom research projects covering the US, Asia-Pac region, and international markets. West Coast based Endrina will lead Pulse Group's Client development offering in the US, especially its West Coast Technology clientele, and large brand global HQ’s such as Nike.
