| Malaysian Media Conference 2010 scores a winning note before World Cup madness! |

It is the seventh year for Malaysia's landmark event for the industry's networking gathering of the year. And the crowd was the biggest ever! Themed 'Let's Get Social', this year's Malaysian Media Conference (MMC) took on a grand party feel with thousands of balloons adoring the Sime Darby Convention Centre in Bukit Kiara on June 9. More than 350 media, marketing and advertising professionals attended this year's conference which has come to be known as an annual wake-up call on what's hot in the media industry. 12 leading media personalities took to the stage and spoke about Social Media, from blogs, mobile, word of mouth to strategies, monetisation and technology. The star of the day was Bob Borchers, iPhone co-developer and global guru for mobile who spoke about the magic of Apple and mesmerised the audience with the true meaning of Innovation! ![]() This year's MMC Award recipient is 4As President Datuk Vincent Lee who was honoured with the Leadership in Innovation award together with a tribute to the 4As, for blazing new trails to develop the marketing communications industry in Malaysia in recent years!
