Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE) urges the local business community to leverage on the Malaysia Export Exhibition Centre (MEEC) in promoting their products and services to the international and local market.

According to Aureen Jean Nonis, Director of MEEC’s Lifestyle Section, the MEEC is a 4,500 square metre permanent display centre located at the second floor of Menara MATRADE where visitors can avail themselves to information on suppliers of local products and services.

“Apart from being a comprehensive exhibition centre, MEEC is an excellent international venue for Malaysian suppliers and potential buyers from around the globe to meet and source for high quality Malaysian products and services. MEEC also provides sourcing solutions by attending to trade enquiries and assist in individual business meeting arrangements between exhibitors and buyers.”

The newly refurbished exhibition centre allows trade visitors to view a wide selection of products and services from over 500 Malaysian companies, covering 30 industries including Green Technology, Electrical and Electronics, Chemical Products, Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Plastic, Rubber and Wood-based Products. In addition, the rapidly growing service sectors of Oil and Gas, Construction, Business Services, Healthcare and Education are also represented at the MEEC.
