The Business Times reported yesterday that Petroliam Nasional Bhd has appointed Zenith Media Sdn Bhd as its media buying agency under a two-year contract that starts next month. It is believed to be the biggest account move in recent years. The report continued, "The decision was made after a rigorous five-month tendering exercise where four agencies, including Zenith, were invited to present their proposals."



Zenith will handle all media buying activities by the Petronas Group, both locally and internationally, Petronas apparently said in a statement.

When contacted, Gerald Miranda CEO of Zenith Media told ADOI, "We are truly honoured by this win!"
